#RicardoReview: Diamonte Tucker-Dorsey

I’ve studied student athletes across the nation for the last 3 years and Diamonte Tucker Dorsey is one of the fiercest hitters I’ve ever seen! The young man is ferocious. He’s fast, he’s athletic, he’s physical and he can do it all.

Despite his limited height, he finds a way to navigate around and through would-be blockers, frequently making tackles behind the line of scrimmage. His speed allows him to run sideline-to-sideline, shutting down the oppositions outside options as well. Whether filling the hole or cutting running backs off at the edge, Tucker Dorsey is making plays.

Against the pass, he displays fluid hips that allow him to turn and run effectively in man coverage. He is also cognizant enough to get into his drop zones quickly, allowing him to come up and defense against passes in his area.

Diamonte Tucker Dorsey is a pure talent and one of my favorite student athletes to review. The only real knock on him is his size. The future likely holds a move to strong safety.
